(Check in time 1200 Hrs) Upon arrival, you shall met & assisted with your baggages at the airport by Bharat Bhraman executive and transferred to prebooked hotel.
Delhi India's capital & a major gateway to the country, contemporary Delhi is a bustling metropolis which successfully combines in its fold the ancient & the modern. Its strategic location was one of the prime reasons why successive dynasties chose it as their seat of power. New Delhi also reflects the legacy the British left behind . The division between New & Old Delhi is the distinction between the capitals of the British & the Moghuls respectively. So, wherever the visitor goes, he will invariably confront the citys' past.

After breakfast city tour of Old Delhi visiting Rajghat - the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi,
Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India, Red Fort, massive fort which was built by Shah Jehan. between 1638 to 1648; and Chandni Chowk , or 'Moonlight Square' is the most famous and historic street of Delhi, built around 300 years ago when the walled city of Shahjahanabad was established in the 17th century. Afternoon city tour of New Delhi visiting Humayuns Tomb : built in mid 16th century this is an early example of Mughal architecture; Qutab Minar was constructed in 1192 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak, the founder of Slave Dynasty and later completed by his son-in-law and successor Iltutmish, drive past India Gate, President House, Connaught Place. The city tour ends with a visit to Laxmi Narayan Temple (Birla Mandir). Overnight stay at hotel. 

DAY 03 : DELHI – HARIDWAR – RISHIKESH (Shatabdi Train:0650/1125)
Morning transfer to the railway station to connect train for Haridwar. Upon arrival drive to Ashram at Rishikesh. Rishikesh the holy city of India, the hatha yoga capital of the world, a totally vegetarian town. Arrive at Ashram, resting serenely on the banks of the holy Ganga, nestled in the lap of the Himalayas. Rest of the day accumulate the Ashram life. Overnight stay at Ashram. 

Early morning yoga class followed by relaxation of body & mind. After relaxation learn about breath awareness exercise & stretching exercise with one of well recognize personality. Before breakfast the Ayurvedacharya will check your body type and explain you different Doshas and details of prevention, maintenance and the improvement of one’s health and overall sense of well being.
Afternoon visit the Triveni Ghats for exclusive Ganga  Arti, dedicated to Goddesses Ganga.
Evening yoga & traditional meditation class with one of well recognize personality. Overnight stay at Ashram.

Today we will do relaxation, asana, followed up by one of well recognize personality. Later Stimulating & purifying Ayurvedic therapy as per the Ayurvedic consultant.
Afternoon visit the ancient Bharat mandir & Rishi Kund  Temple in Rishikesh. Evening yoga & traditional meditation class with one of well recognize personality. Overnight stay at Ashram.

Today we’ll get training for PRANAVAM (advance breathing), Dynamic yoga. advance yoga postures. After Yoga you will Start your panchKarma****treatment today.
PanchKarma - This five-fold purification therapy aims at correcting  the imbalance of the bodys Doshas or bioenergies (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) in order to maintain their inherent equilibrium and Ama, which forms as a result. Panchakarma therapy has three main stage  : Poorva karma, Pradhanakarma and Paschatkarma.  Poorvaa karma, the first stage, comprises essential preliminary procedures for  preparing the body to unload stored toxins. The treatments  help to loosen Ama (toxins)  and move it out to  the deep structures into the GI tract, where Panchakarma’s  cleaning therapies can then eliminate it. Pradhanakrarma is the second  stage and  includes the main cleansing  therapies. Paschatkarma is the final stage and describes the measures employed after the main treatment, such as diet, medicines and daily routine
Afternoon Drive up to Vashistha  Gufa. The entire drive is along the river Ganges towards the source for about an hour. Arrive and explore vashistha Goofa (cave), where famous saint Vasistha, meditated. A perfect place for transcendental meditation. Late afternoon drive back to resort.

Evening meditation and curative yoga. Overnight stay at Ashram.

Early morning wake up for Pranayam & advance techinque of Yoga. After Yoga you will do PanchKarma treatment. Afternoon trip  to Devprayag, one of the five most important confluences of Garhwal Himalayas. Arrive and explore the area. Also visit 10th centaury old temple of Ragunath ji. Overnight stay at Ashram.

DAY 08 : RISHIKESH – HARIDWAR – DELHI (Shatabdi Train: 1813/2245)
Morning after breakfast drive to Haridwar which is hardly 25 kms from Rishkesh and Takes about 30 minute drive . Upon arrival visit Mansa Devi Temple: The temple of Goddess Mansa Devi is situated at the top of Bilwa Parvat. Mansa means desire and it has been observed that the devotees who visit this temple with the genuine wishes gets their wishes fulfilled, Chandi Devi Temple, this temple is at the top of Neel Parvat on the other bank of river Ganges, was built in 1929 AD. The story goes that Chanda-Munda, the army chief of the Demons Shumbh-Nishumbh were killed by Goddess Chandi hence, the name Chandi Devi. And Har-Ki-Pauri : (the footstep of God) ghat, also known as the Brahmakund, is one of the most sacred pilgrim places. Later transfer to the railway station to connect train for Delhi. Upon arrival check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
